CAM Services in Naples

Home Owner Association Management

Full Accounting/Bookkeeping Services:

  • Assessment Invoicing via Email.  Paper statements mailed upon request.
  • Assessment Collection – Implementation of Online Payment Acceptance
  • Accounts Receivables/Payables
  • Monthly Accounting/Bookkeeping on a Cash Basis
  • Annual Budget Preparation
  • Assistance in Annual Financial Reporting/Taxes
  • Annual Report Distribution per Association Requirements
  • Association Transfer Accounting
  • Maintenance/Storage of Seven Years of Association Records


Management Services:

  • New Owner/Tenant Processing (estoppels, applications, COA, etc.)
  • Set Up & Maintain Community Website with Resident Portal
  • Annual Meeting and Budget Meeting Attendance
  • Board Meetings Attendance - Upon Request During Business Hours
  • Posting & Mailing Notices Electronically and via US Mail when necessary
  • Correspondence to Owners in Violation – Upon Notification from the BOD of Violation
  • Enforcement by Fining - as permitted by the Association Documents/Florida Statutes as requested by the BOD
  • Establish and Maintain a Community Association Email Address.
  • Act as BOD Liaison to the Master Association
  • Provide Phone Extension and Voicemail for Association

Cost of Services

Management Fee

Does not include onsite visits or attendance at Board or Membership meetings.

Minimum Monthly Fee

$500

Minimum Monthly Fee for Communities with less than 20 units

Per Door

$25

Management Fee Charged Per Door on Communities with over 20 Properties

Fees may vary depending upon services requested above and beyond those listed above. Large communities that require on-site staffing will be billed at cost to provide employees designated to that community.
